Very Professional Approach. Top Service. Delivered more then promised.

Daniel helped me in less than 24 hours, I needed data recovery off my USB and he was professional enough to let me know that it's irreparable instead of charging me more and giving me false hope. Will definitely recommend for speedy response!

We had some major issues with our QNAP NAS box (was unable to login to the admin module, and couldn't reset the password). This was a major issue for my business as we had all of our critical files on the NAS box. Without a working backup, I gave Melbourne Data Recovery centre a call at 8pm at the same night and to my surprise Daniel picked up the phone! Dropped off the NAS box the following morning, and Daniel had been very supportive and understandable the entire way through. Although it was very stressful and there was alot of pressue, I was happy that Daniel was able to recover ALL the data from my NAS box (althought I understood there was never a 100% guarantee with these sorts of things). He has excellent customer service skills and gave me a progress update almost daily. He was also very honest with me and gave me his preferred approach for the data recovery for me to decide which way I wanted the data to be recovered. Will definitely recommend Daniel and his company to all who are stuck and unable to work through electronic data issues. He is definitely experienced in this field of work! Let the professionals handle it.

I had a device which was about 10 years old and had a boot-up issue. Nonetheless, the experts at Melbourne Data Recovery were able to successfully retrieve the data from it.

Very quick reply and helpful, friendly service. I was able to get one of my 2 hard drives recovered and it took only 4 days to get it done.
